Service & UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Service & UX Designer Intern to join our Marketing & Design team. This role is ideal for junior designers eager to apply service design thinking and UX methodologies to real-world projects. You will work on designing innovative service experiences, crafting digital prototypes, and shaping user interactions with AI-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Conduct user research (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing).

🔹 Support thedesign of services and digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.

🔹 Developwireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry tools (Figma, Adobe XD).

🔹 Collaborate withmarketing, development, and AI teams to optimize services.

🔹 Assist in definingcustomer personas and experience blueprints.

Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have:

✅ Passion for UX, service design, and digital innovation.

✅ Basic knowledge ofuser research & testing methodologies.

✅ Familiarity withFigma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

✅ Strongproblem-solving and communication skills.
