Service Designer

Activities and ownership:
Reporting to the Product Manager, you will:
- Knowing how to mediate between the needs of the end user, value for the business and technical feasibility in the design phase
- Plan and execute UX Research activities, such as workshops, interviews and surveys, to ensure you bring to market the right solutions for the target audience;
- Design customer journey maps to identify current user experience pain points and find opportunities to improve products and services;
- Understand the needs of end users and key stakeholders of other ENGIE teams, translating them into written requirements, flows and design of relevant and differentiating experiences compared to the competition;
- Support the UX/UI design team in the creation of wireframes, prototypes and mockups, adopting an iterative approach aimed at testing and evolving solutions;
- Support user testing activities with the UX research team, identifying objectives, analyzing findings and proposing interventions to be carried out to improve digital products and services;
- Design the Service Blueprint allowing the Product Owner to identify all the interactions to be activated within the organization;
- Design service blueprints allowing the Product Owner to map the IT systems and teams impacted by the service design;
- Contribute to the digitization of offers on the ENGIE website through its updating in terms of content and user experience;
- Coordinate the team of designers and developers and management of partners / suppliers;
- Proactively participate in complex bid launch and digitization projects;
- Perform scouting and benchmarking activities on products and services on the market, to identify trends, partners and innovation opportunities
- Support the monitoring of project times, costs and KPIs;
- Produce project reports
We are looking for a person who has the following requirements:
Hard skills:
- In-depth knowledge of service and interaction design
- Skills in UX Research and knowledge of the most popular UI Design patterns
- Previous experience of at least 3 years as a UX Strategist or Service Designer, preferably in agencies or digital consultancy companies;
- Excellent ability to create service blueprints, lo-fi wireframes, information architectures, user journeys
- Good knowledge of the main design and prototyping tools (ie Sketch, Figma), collaborative design tools (ie Miro, Mural) and Analytics tools (ie Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Knowledge of project management principles, Agile methodology (Kanban) and office package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence appreciated
- Good knowledge of the English language
