Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer to help us achieve our goals.

The person will be responsible for:

• structure and facilitate the process of defining and conceiving new forms of Service in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• compile and release summary documentation such as service blueprints, user flows and user journeys, actor maps and system maps,
• identify, define and prototype digital and physical touchpoints to qualify the user experience;
• analyze and propose the best service design solutions in line with our objectives, integrating feedback from the working group and helping to determine the general direction of the project;
• produce documentation functional to the development of the adopted solutions.
• collaborate during the analysis and release phase of the project with the rest of the working group.

Required Skills:

• familiarity with agile methodologies and an “MVP-first” mindset.
• ability to design the usability of information flows and multi-platform computer systems;
• scouting, analysis and evaluation of technological solutions, development frameworks and management systems, e-commerce and CMS;
• ability to draft functional specifications;

Preferred skills:

• knowledge and ability to use Figma or equivalent skills in prototyping systems and interface design (Noodl, Adobe XD, Retool);
• knowledge of Cloud architectures and services;
• interest in being updated on tools and trends in the environment and agriculture sector.

The right person should preferably have some of the following experiences:

• organization, management or direction of integrated projects of Service Design and design of IT or technological systems;
• design of services aimed at end users;
• Management or coordination of work groups.
