Senior Service Designer

We are seeking a person with strong project management skills, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and client relationships in complex and evolving environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in service design and end-to-end project management, with a focus on time, budget, objectives, and impact. We are seeking a versatile, curious, and motivated individual, capable of grasping the elements of innovation, research, and creativity, and capable of managing both design and interpretation.  

Role Mission

• Coordinate B2B and B2C Design & Communication projects. 

• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Plan and track activities, resources, and milestones. 

• Facilitate moments of discussion and co-planning. 

• Ensure quality and design consistency throughout the service lifecycle. 

• Autonomy in storytelling and visualizing storytelling 

• Using digital tools and generative AI 

• Facilitate and manage workshops and training sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience. 

• Degree in Service Design, Strategic Design, or Business. 

• Experience in structured corporate environments. 

• Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of French is a plus. 

• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools. 

• Availability for national and international travel.
