Junior Service/Business Designer

Within the Service Design team you will be responsible for:

• Support customer centricity in the team and among stakeholders
• Contribute to following an end to end project in the phases of: Customer Insights analysis, idea generation, concept test and user test analysis, continuous improvement
• Collaborate in the design and facilitation activities of workshops conducted with design thinking methodology for stakeholders and end users
• Collaborate in building customer journeys and service blueprints
• Collaborate to create synergies between people and business opportunities, relating and organizing large quantities of data and information, building personalized logical and informative paths, anticipating the needs of customers and stakeholders
• Storytelling, organizing, structuring and giving value to the information to be communicated to the customer, with the aim of giving coherence and transparency to communication and building a narrative for customer journeys

• Master’s degree in humanities or STEM
• Maximum 3 years of experience in the field
• Good knowledge of English, French and/or Spanish also welcome
• Availability for national and international mobility
