Service Designer

You will be the brains and muscles behind our hybrid service eco-system. You will have the keys to our offer in your hand and you will work incessantly to improve it, with an agile and empirical methodology .

It will be your responsibility to design an excellent experience for our customers in the use of the services we offer them, ensuring that they are consistent, satisfactory and without friction.

You will contribute end-to-end from service strategy , concept , design , to field implementation and continuous optimization .

Your guiding star will be our customers, making sure you package services that will be highly commercially successful , combining desirability , feasibility and economic sustainability .

Your priority will be to work on existing services and touch-points , helping us to give them an edge and in parallel you will know how to make us think even beyond our horizon , proposing new ways to grow and change our skin.

Who you will work with

We are a very close-knit team of 12 people with varied skills, from marketing, to sales, to event planning, through CRM, design, video making. We work in a very integrated way for a common goal: to offer excellent service to our customers, be they companies or professionals.

You will work closely with the company ‘s management , the Chief Strategy Officer and the rest of the team.

Our operating system

We work with the Google Cloud suite, in combination with Salesforce (CRM and Marketing Automation). We have two custom e-commerce sites and run webinars and digital events with Go-To-Webinar and Zoom.

If they are tools you are comfortable with, so much the better, otherwise, be prepared to learn quickly.

What we appreciate in you

• You don’t like to clock the time, you only reason in terms of tangible results and growth .
• UCD design methodologies have no secrets for you, you are very familiar with techniques and methods of user research , design , design , prototyping .
• You know how to design hybrid services, experiences and touch-points (physical and digital), both at a high level and in detail, also conceiving aspects of UX / UI (with the support of specialized figures).
• You know how to communicate effectively with fellow designers, marketers, sales, video-makers and coordinate with them in daily work.
• You like to use data and customer intelligence to do your daily work.
• You like and have the ability to work in a predominantly B2B business , with companies from all sectors and professional firms (accountants, lawyers, labor consultants).
• You like training , consulting and event services , all in a hybrid , physical and digital format. You are passionate about issues related to work , workers and how work will evolve in the near future, from a regulatory , organizational and cultural point of view .
• You are a team player . You read it everywhere right? With us it is not a way of saying, it is a way of being . Not only are you, but you embody an example of collaboration for everyone around you, on a daily basis. You don’t expect others to solve problems for you, and when you can, you help others solve theirs.
• You are a person who takes the initiative , who likes to have autonomy and consequently responsibility .
• You have at least 4-5 years of experience in a role in which you have developed and expressed these characteristics of yours.
• You can exhibit a track record of designing complex services and you can tell us how they have been a success by exhibiting concrete evidence (numbers, growth, revenues, etc …).

Economic package

• Gross gross salary in a range between € 38,000-45,000
