Service Designer

Innotek Consulting is a Management and Technology Consulting Company that offers Services and Solutions to Companies who are geared towards growth through innovation and technology.

For our client, we are looking for a Service Designer that will join the Customer Experience and Service Design Unit.

Activities:

• Support business to define the best customer experience for each solution;
• Develop personas, journey maps and service blueprints;
• Design, plan, lead and facilitate workshops;
• Promote the customer experience excellence culture

Requirements:

• +4 years of experiences as a Service Designer;
• Master’s degree in Design, Psychology, Engineering or related field;
• Good knowledge of research activities using methods such as expert analysis, benchmarking, user interviews, surveys, analytics assessment, usability testing, tree testing, card sorting and some experience applying them;
• Ability to make journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, or other visual/strategic frameworks;
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, Optimal workshop, Sketch, Adobe suite, inVision, Miro
