Service Designer

He will lead the CX / UX Design team in an innovative and positive work environment, oriented to the continuous pursuit of excellence. You will work on the user experience of new products, new services, creating functional prototypes that make our Startups excellent and unique.

What will you do?

• You will be involved from the early stages of the project in the elaboration of new design concepts, prototypes and use-cases regarding digital products or services up to the realization of the conceived solution;
• You will therefore need to be able to observe and monitor external trends to propose solutions that are always current, but in line with recognized scenarios and patterns.
• You will be responsible for your own activities and those of the resources entrusted to you and you will need to be able to motivate your choices towards colleagues and customers.

Who are you?

• You have + 3 years of professional experience as a CX / UX Designer in consulting companies and / or web agencies where you have participated in significant design projects relating to one or more digital channels (web, mobile …) and in industry various: Telco, Banking, Travel, Utility, Media, Marketing and Advertising.
• You have a degree or specialization in Interaction Design / Human-Machine Interaction / Multimedia Design and / or post-graduate training on the indicated topics.
• You know how to work on the Front End / UX of the application
• You have the ability to develop design concepts for new digital services (web, mobile, smart TV) intended for complex environments (e.g. home banking, Intranet, e-commerce portals, apps, etc.)
• You know how to work towards objectives and you can design and build flows and supervise a customer journey of a digital service (mobile or web)
• Your usual tool is Sketch and / or Figma and all Adobi Tools.
• You know how to work on CSS and HTML
• You are fluent in English
