Service Designer

Covering the role of Service Designer at Bper Banca means having acquired the following professional requirements:

● experience of at least 3 years in the design of complex and omnichannel digital services

● excellent knowledge of the User Centered Design process and of the main Design Thinking methodologies

● skills in developing and defining Service Design activities: scenarios, flows, customer journeys and service blueprints to define a better user experience

● knowledge of the main User Research techniques: qualitative research, surveys, usability tests and interviews

● in-depth expertise in wireframe design and navigable prototypes

● skills related to the logic of User Interaction and User Interface on web environments, iOS and Android applications

● keen sensitivity to the logic related to Conversion Rate and Data Driven Design, ability to interpret data together with the Digital Analytics team for the optimization and redesign of the functions

● excellent knowledge of virtual collaboration and co-design tools such as Miro or Mural for process mapping and workshop organization

● knowledge of prototyping programs such as InVision or Axure

● excellent knowledge of Sketch or similar tools such as Figma, Adobe XD

● knowledge of mockup sharing programs such as Zeplin

Specifically, the identified figure will deal with:

● to contribute to the definition of the information architecture and to the organization of the content on the page

● follow a results-oriented collaborative design process

● drafting of protocols for carrying out user tests

● organize and facilitate live and remote workshop sessions by actively involving the various stakeholders

Complete the profile:

● good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and cross-browser and cross-device issues

● basic knowledge of the logic of Digital Marketing and UX writing

● experience gained in the creation and application of a Design System on digital products

● ability to work in a team, positive and proactive attitude, sharing of objectives

● enthusiasm in applying new knowledge to projects

● passion in learning new working methods
