Service Designer

About the job

We are looking for young engineers, preferably but not exclusively management, recent graduates or with a maximum of 1 year of experience, interested in consulting projects in the strategic and operational management of real estate assets.

You will take care of:

• Support for the definition of purchasing strategies for RE Services, in particular Facility Services (Analysis of the demand, Analysis of the Offer, Design of Services for public / private tenders, Drafting of Technical Specifications, technical evaluation criteria)
• Drafting of technical offers for assignment of Facility services (Specifications Analysis, Technical Offer Drafting, Budget Preparation and Economic Offer)
• Consultancy in the context of Urban Regeneration Projects, in particular with reference to solutions for the management, at an urban / district scale, of services to buildings and people.

Basic requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Management
• Good knowledge of English and / or Spanish
• Basic experience in management consulting
