Service Designer

We are looking for  Service Designers in the Communication field to design and develop services for our Business Communities, networks for professional figures in the B2B context, with the aim of improving the experience of the people who are part of it.
Business communities are an info / training ecosystem that aims to accompany its users to better interpret what their organization asks of them and are designed both to give real daily support but also to bring closer and strengthen the bond between organizations and collaborators in the field.

Essential is the ability to use design and communication tools (storyboard, system map), together with the ability to define the individual objectives related to the project (times, budget and costs), monitoring and ensuring that the progress / deadlines are respected and favoring the existence of a dynamic flow of information and feedback within the team and with the Customer’s representatives.
The person we are looking for is curious, versatile, capable of grasping the elements of innovation that derive from the digital world, interpreting and redesigning contents and projects with the tools of Service Design, to create a positive impact, which really changes things in a concrete way for people, communities, society and the environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Service Design or Artistic Design for the company
Ability to use design and communication tools
Experience in the Digital field
Excellent knowledge of the English language
We will evaluate applications with a personal portfolio
