Miriade is an out-of-the-line IT consulting company, which believes in teamwork, in the enhancement of talents and beauty.

To expand our Design area we are looking for a highly motivated figure with at least 2 years of experience in the Service Design field, to be included within the team.

In Miriade, the Service Designer is a professional who collaborates with all the teams, from Marketing to Sales, from the Data & Analytics area to that of Infrastructure & Operations to that of Applications: engaged on both internal and external projects, for Public Administration clients and private individuals, he is a transversal figure who quickly gets to know the whole company and colleagues.

It organizes and manages the pre-design analyzes through customized workshops according to the characteristics and needs of the customer that may vary depending on the case.

Background & skills:

• Possible knowledge of html or css language
• Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch (or similar)
• Good knowledge of English
•  Guidance and application of user-centered design processes
• Expertise of various methods of conveying ideas and concepts
• Strategic perspective
• Knowledge of all the different Service Design tools and ability to use them wisely according to different needs
• Natural ability and interest to interact with users and customers to understand their pain and needs
• Curious mind, with a passion for design and people to harmoniously combine digital & human factors.
• Ability to respond professionally to feedback and turn it into opportunities
• Purposefulness and empathy
• Ability to identify potential problems, addressing them effectively and efficiently
