Service Designer

We are looking for a SERVICE DESIGNER to join the Innovation Advisory team, which deals with consultancy aimed at  extracting value from innovation , in particular through projects in the following areas:

• Innovation management:  accompanying companies in the path of innovation, from the definition of innovation strategies and processes, to the identification of innovative opportunities through design thinking and open innovation.

• Strategic design : carry out qualitative and quantitative research on trends, behaviors and experiences of processes, services, existing digital products; design the strategic components of new experiences and digital products in connection with the strategy of the client company; represent the “Voice of the Customer” during the implementation of the solution.

• Business Design, Corporate Entrepreneurship & Strategy : generate and test new business models, from value proposition to market analysis, from business processes to economic-financial evaluations.

• Emerging technology adoption : innovating the operations processes of companies through the identification of use cases for innovative digital technologies and the definition of implementation roadmaps.

• Innovation Culture & Change : spreading the culture of innovation and digital skills and innovating the employee experience

As a  Service Design er you will take care of:

• Carry out design activities of the user experience of product-service systems, software / digital touch points and organizational processes
• Contribute to design and delivers kings  of design thinking workshops and co-design with the customer or other stakeholders
• Create deliverables such as: service maps, blueprints, AI maps, lo-fi / hi-fi wireframes …
• Carry out exploratory research activities in relation to the design of product-service systems, software / digital touch points and business models, with the aim of collecting data relating to the business context, trends, users / stakeholders and the strategy of the client company. The research activity can be desk and field and will involve the use of qualitative but also quantitative methodologies. In particular, it will deal with:
• Help define the research methodology
• Data collection and analysis (e.g. desks, interviews, focus groups, questionnaires, shadowing, mystery, analytics …
• Create project presentations and research reports
• Contribute to business design activities: generation of innovation concepts, innovative business models, value proposition design.
• Participate in consulting projects together with Innovation Advisory colleagues.

 Requirements

• Degree or Master in Design disciplines (e.g. Service Design, Strategic Design, Interaction Design, Product-service-system design, Industrial Design Engineering & Innovation)
• At least  3 years of experience in consultancy in the field of service design or Interaction design
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC
