Service Designer

At idealista, we’re passionate about user experience and we’re looking for a service designer to join our UX&Product team.

You’ll be collaborating along with our product, UX, and tech teams in the definition, design, and development of our products in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

We are Spain’s biggest Internet company with profits since 2003 and we’ve been helping people search for a property in Spain, Italy, and Portugal for more than 15 years.

We have a very talented and multicultural team dedicated to deliver the best experience to our users.

What you’ll do:

• Field research for one of our services, which includes contacting local administration to understand the best way to connect our online service with them.
• Plan and conduct research activities with end users.
• Create and keep updated the customer journey map with the collaboration of the product designer.
• Create service blueprints.
• Share findings in all steps of the process with stakeholders, product manager, product designer, and tech team.
• Define the full end-to-end service experience and value proposition, across all touch-points with which the user interacts
• Work closely with the product designer in the design of the different artifacts that will enable the target to achieve their goals and also business outcomes.
• Work with the team to prototype and test ideas with the end-user.
• Work with the product manager to define service metrics.

How you are:

• Native Italian, fluent in English
• You have a clear user-centered approach when working on problem-solving
• You have experience doing user research
• You have at least 3 years of experience working as a service designer for a digital product or converting services from physical to digital
• You are proactive and have good communication skills
• You have experience working remotely with multidisciplinary teams
