Service & UX Designer

Crispy Bacon selects a Service & UX Designer who will take care of:

• user research: qualitative and quantitative interviews with customers and potential users to define the scope of the project;
• service analysis: definition of Personas, Customer journey map and Service Blueprint;
• ideation: realization of information architecture, usage scenarios (scenario based-design) and workshops to involve the figures present in the project;
• prototyping: design of interactive Wireframes with variable fidelity according to the design needs;
• usability testing: definition and provision of remote and face-to-face user testing strategies;
• constant interaction with the User Interface design figures to define the look & feel of the digital product.
• development support: support to the development team in all phases of the digital project.

Is required:

• experience of at least 3/5 years in the role;
• Fluency in English;
• good knowledge of survey methodologies;
• good knowledge of the main prototyping tools;
• good knowledge of Service Design methodologies;
• great curiosity and aptitude for planning;
• good knowledge of the mobile world both iOS and Android;
• good relationship, listening and public speaking skills.
