Service UX Designer

Value Partners, a leading company in Italy in the development of Digital Technology Integration solutions, is looking for a professional figure who is able to design and implement digital experiences and to achieve business objectives by exploiting various technological opportunities.

The candidate will be part of a team composed of UI / UX / Service Designer with high competence and experience in reference to each of the design areas concerned.

Requirements are:

• 3/5 years of experience in the consulting, computer engineering or design sector
• Knowledge of the principles of Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, Data Driven Design and ability to exploit the methodologies that characterize these disciplines
• Ability to conduct structured research activities, co-design, workshops and focus groups with users , from the definition of objectives to the return of results
• Ability to conduct structured research activities, co-design, workshops and focus groups with stakeholders and shareholders, including C-levels of different disciplines and different professional levels
• Ability to present the results of the various activities to a heterogeneous audience, arguing and supporting the choices made during the design phase
• Skill in the design of complex systems, starting from a holistic vision of the project to arrive at the detailed definition of the product
• Personas creation skills, Customer Journey definition and Use Cases
• Ability to create an Information Architecture (Maps / Navigation Trees, Taxonomy)
• Skills and experience in Wireframes and Wireflow design
• Knowledge of the main medium / high fidelity digital prototype design software (Axure, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe XD)
• Ability to work independently and propensity to work in a team and communication skills
• Knowledge of digital technologies, trends and the underlying technological component in order to correctly identify solutions, technologies and possibly estimate plausible production efforts
• Ability to redirect technical documents and discuss design choices
• Fluency in English

It will be considered preferential to have the following knowledge and / or experience:

• The achievement of Masters or specialist degrees in Ix / UX / Service Design
• Methodology certifications: agile, lean, scrum, sprint
• Ability to prototype in code (HTML + JS, Node.JS, PHP, Python)
• Ability to operate on research data (Excel VBA, PL / PSSQL, R, Gephy, Mathlab)
• Presence and public interventions, workshops and conferences
