Job Description:

Livestreaming support service for service designers/pharmaceutical companies

At our company, which provides digital communication services to medical-related fields using the Internet, you will be in charge of the following operations related to live-streaming support services (to business) for pharmaceutical companies.
・ Customer questionnaire, interview, and analysis
・ Depiction and problem analysis of customer journey (pharmaceutical company head office/branch / MR)
・ Observation and analysis of real operation (delivery site)
・ In-house system (reception-delivery-after-sales) Follow) series of redesign and development lead
・ Realization of UI / UX considering both online/offline sides, operational support
