Lead Live Service Designer

As an important member of the team, you need to have a mix of operation and management experience in the mobile game industry. As the team lead, you need to creat the operation plan and work with the other function leads to lead the team in running daily operation for the FIFA Mobile. You need to adjust operation plan in time for different situation to help the team work together to achieve the project goals.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in the operation of FIFA Mobile and work with the team to achieve product goals.
2. According to different situation of performance combined with the development plan of the Shanghai team and the feedback of the users, partners inside and outside EA, help develop the operation plan.
3. Build and coach local design teams.
4. Establish a balanced game economy through daily operations
5. Data-driven, through the daily analysis to find opportunities
6. Lead the live service team in dealing with emergency issues.

Qualifications

1. Seven or more years of professional live design experience
2. Four or more years in senior or lead live design role
3. Experience with designing successful free-to-play mobile games for global
4. Experience with scheduling and prioritizing operation tasks
5. Excellent in English and Chinese.
