Responsible for designing and developing services that meet the needs of end users, ensuring satisfaction and an optimal user experience with minimal effort. This is achieved by aligning with the needs, goals, expectations, motivations, and capabilities of the users of the services created.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create with the specialized Customer Experience team, Service Design teams in financial services, retail, internal services, and the practice governance team to design strategies and digital services that guarantee optimal customer quality.
  • Plan and conduct qualitative design research using ethnographic and participatory methods to test concepts, prototypes, and service systems, providing input for improvements and changes to services, or supplying insights to UX Researchers working on products.
  • Identify end-user needs and requirements through the design and facilitation of educational materials, training, toolkits, interviews, and workshops within the Human-Centered Design framework, involving Business, UX, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Analyze research data together with UX Research teams to generate conclusions on service usability, providing input for agile teams and/or decision-making.
  • Create design concepts and prototypes, iterating on tools and resources that promote Human-Centered Design practices and mindset.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related fields, Graphic Design, Arts, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
