We are looking for your talent to work as: Service Designer

Experience of 3 years or more in:

· Experience in user-centered design projects

· Strategic and methodological approach

· Experience in end to end services and/or products

· Strategic design (alignment of business needs with user)

· Service design (tools, methodology)

· Experience in 360° research of products and services (online and offline)

· Generate guidelines and guides for each point of contact

· Mastery of tools such as: blueprint, customer journey, experience prototype, storyboards, etc.

· Analysis of information and capable of deepening the client’s needs.
