Experience:

• 5 years of experience in service design
• Experiencia con blueprint, customer journey, prototipos de experiencia, storyboards, Stakeholder map, ecosystem map etc.
• Research with users (qualitative and quantitative)
• Strategic design focused on users Design Thinking
• Understanding behavioral economics
• Important and essential: Share Book with complete Case Study where the Design Thinking methodology has been applied.
