Service Designer

Experience:

• 4 years as a Service Designer
• Required knowledge:
• Design of digital products and/or services.
• User-centered design and Design Thinking
• Service design tools: service blue print, ecosystem map, etc.
• Research with users (qualitative and quantitative)
• Follow up on a project end to end.
• Risk analysis and identification.
• Business model
• Behavioral Economics
