Job Description

We seek a Service Designer Jr . who helps us design digital services and products for companies, taking into account the needs of users, business objectives and technological capabilities.

It is expected that from workshops with people, pain points and value generators will be identified, to later translate them into functionalities of a digital tool. Also, follow up on the project in the UX and UI process. Finally, it is expected that presentations will be developed where the entire consulting and product design process is reflected with a business-focused language; in addition to feeling comfortable during client presentations.

Requirements :

• Education :

1. Highly desirable: Service Business Engineering
2. Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing / management / business creation and development / industrial design / industrial engineering
3. Highly desirable knowledge : innovation (design thinking, venture design, lean startup, UX, user-centered design, etc.).

• Live in Guadalajara.
