Lead Service Designer

We are looking for a Lead Service Designer in Mexico City

We are looking for a person who has proven experience in coordinating or leading service design projects in areas such as customer experience, digital services and properties, customer service and service channels, or business models, among others. A person who guides and inspires the teams of designers and other professionals who participate in the various projects with clients. In addition, this person is able to participate in and mobilize business processes.
