• You have 5+ years of experience in Design
• You have 2+ years as a Service Designer
• You have extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research
• You have a great ability to generate concepts
• You have storytelling skills

• Communication: Clearly communicate your ideas and designs to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and users.
• Problem solving: Identify and solve problems that arise in the design and implementation of new processes.
• Adaptability: Open to new ideas and flexible in their approach to design.
• Facilitation: Facilitate and lead workshops, co-creation sessions, and research with users to gain insights and validate solutions.
• User-Centered Thinking and Empathy: Focusing on end-user needs, goals, and pain points, and being able to design services that meet those needs in the most efficient and effective way.
• Analytical skills: A good understanding of data analysis techniques and tools is essential to be able to collect, analyze and present relevant information to support business decision
