Service Designer

We are looking for our next reference as “Service Designer” , to improve user-centered services through design and collaboration with teams to implement technological solutions in the automotive segment.

What will you do?

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys and data analysis.
• Develop detailed user experience maps and blueprints.
• Design clear and functional flows and sketches for the proposed solutions.
• Create functional prototypes to validate concepts quickly.
• Organize and lead productive workshops with stakeholders and teams.
• Develop clear and concise texts to improve the user experience (UX Writing).
• Perform extensive design and functionality quality (QA) testing.
• Manage change and support internal clients to ensure successful implementations.

What makes you GOLD for us:

• 3-5 years of experience in user research or 2 years in service design.
• User-Centered Design (UCD) Principles
• Workshop facilitation and co-creation techniques
• UX Writing Best Practices
• Usability and QA testing methods
