We are looking for Service Designer Mr.

Your responsibilities :

— Design user-centric service solutions, identify and translate customer business needs into innovation opportunities.

— Execute system mapping, customer journey, scenarios and service specifications.

— Participate in the design and execution of the project

Your skills :

— Collaborative work / Teamwork

— Identify user needs (and be a problem solver)

— Knowledge of service design process

— Clear notions of end-to-end experience of services and/or products

— Knowledge of Service Design (tools, methodology)

— Empathy and understanding

— Excellent attitude and desire to learn new things

Desirable:

— Strategic design skills (align business needs with the user)

— Use of tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards
