Service Designer

We are a consulting firm specialized in strategic design and product development, focused on creating digital solutions for companies.

We are looking for a Service Designer to help us carry out research with the aim of using the learning and translating it into the design of digital services and products.

It is expected that from a consulting process based on Design Thinking you can understand the business and user objectives to lay the foundations for designing digital products. Responsibility consists of the execution of activities and deliverables that document the entire consulting process, the main ones being: interviews and focus groups with users, investigation of the best practices in the industry (benchmark), mapping of the Customer Journey, user learning (points of pain, value generators, insights, archetypes and Persona Maps), Service Blueprint, flowcharts and user stories.

This profile will work within a design team where there is a Design Lead and other Service Designers, a UX/UI Designer and a Graphic Designer. As a secondary responsibility, depending on the profile and level of experience, Project Management skills may be developed in some projects, supporting the Design Lead in management.

Requirements :

1. Education : Bachelor of Engineering in Service Companies, Industrial Design or similar.
2. Desirable knowledge : UX, research, innovation and basic software development terms.
3. Software: GSuite y miro.
4. Experience: 1 year or more in innovation projects (desirable).
