● 3 years of experience in user-centered design projects.

● Strategic and methodological approach.

● End to end experience of services and/or products.

● Strategic design skills (align business needs with the user).

● Service design skills (tools, methodology).

● 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline).

● Generates guidelines and guides for each point of contact, adding value to all actors.

● Master tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards, etc.

● Analyzes the information and is able to delve into the needs of customers.
