Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer for the banking sector.

– 3 years of experience in user-centered design projects.
– End to end experience of services and/or products.
– Strategic and methodological approach.
– Strategic design skills (align business needs with the user).
– Service design skills (tools, methodology).

YOUR MISSION:
– 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline).
– Generate guidelines and guides for each point of contact, adding value to all stakeholders.
– Master tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards, etc.
– Analyze the information and is able to delve into the needs of customers.

INDISPENSABLE:
– Applied experience in DCU projects
– Relationship with stakeholders
– Knowledge of service design process.
