Service Designer

in NEORIS, digital accelerator that helps companies enter the future, we are looking for a Service Designer,

Main Responsibilities:

• 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline).
• It generates guidelines and guides for each point of contact, adding value to all the actors.
• Master tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards, etc.
• Analyzes the information and is able to delve into the needs of customers.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in user-centered design projects.
• Strategic and methodological approach.
• End to end experience of services and/or products.
• Strategic design skills (align business needs with the user).
• Service design skills (tools, methodology).
• Applied experience in DCU projects
• Relationship with stakeholders
• Knowledge of service design process.
