Requirements

• University career (bachelor’s degree or engineering).
• Knowledge of design methodologies.
• Experience in digital transformation projects (desirable).

Working conditions

Format : hybrid (face-to-face and remote).

Hours : full time.

Responsibilities and activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design a service that meets the needs of the user, the business objectives and is technologically viable.
• Translate the user’s needs to the team.

ACTIVITIES

• Design and implementation of workshops.
• Content creation (final presentation, archetypes, Persona Maps, CJ, SB, etc.).
• Interpretation of workshops and main lessons learned, challenges, pain points and value generators.
• Definition of boards, dynamics and questionnaires.
• Interview documentation.
• Communication and management with suppliers (optional).
• Coordination of meetings and calls with clients (optional).
