Service Designer

What are we looking for in the Service Designer? 

We are looking for a Service Designer who will be responsible for Service Designers who are responsible for designing systems made up of people, physical and digital touchpoints. They orchestrate exchanges of value between them in a way that makes the system sustainable for both users and providers.

Your day to day will be 

• You will identify viable business opportunities and define the service strategy
• You will be responsible for mapping business processes through different research methodologies and co-creating desirable, viable and feasible solutions in the short and medium term.
• You will design the implementation process, impact metrics and iteration schedule of the developed solutions, defining for each project the metrics of its correct implementation.
• You will create champion visual frameworks (journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps) that help clarify complex challenges in human behaviors, relationships, workflow, and processes, and drive decision-making as well as development. design of interaction guides and customer service protocols.
• You will drive the contribution and alignment of multiple stakeholders
• You will analyze research data identifying and generating meaningful insights and behavior patterns.
• You will work closely with researchers and user experience designers contributing to the improvement of the quality of design and the end user experience.

In what you are Crack:

• +3 years of experience as Service Designer
• +3 years of experience in Financial Services
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Technology, Design or related careers
• Office Parcel Management (Intermediate)
• Advanced English)
