About the job

At Finvivir we are looking for profiles for the Service Design area. What do you need?

Schooling: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related, focused on research.

Experience in the position 2 years (Service Design, Workshop facilitation, field research)

UCD methodologies (Service Design, Design Sprint, Design Thinking)

Research methods for user experience design

Main responsibilities of the position

• Understand the problem or opportunity in the user experience

• Generate new ideas and ensure their correct debugging to turn them into initiatives

• Identify the inputs that will be necessary for the correct implementation of the project

• Define the design to be used in the implementation of the project.
