We are currently looking for a “Service Designer”   to join a project within one of the most important banking institutions in Mexico City.

What are we looking for

Graduate in Graphic Design, or similar with practical experience of more than 3 years dedicated to the creation, development and maintenance of services, proposing improvements to the user experience, planning and organizing: people, infrastructure, communication and materials that make up a service, to improve its quality, the interaction between the provider, users and their experience.

Knowledge

• Creation of flows.
• Information architecture.
• User-centered design.
• Capable of using the design and branding system templates.
• Teamwork to deliver the technical requirements to multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic and methodological approach.
• 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline).
• Strategic design skills (align business needs with the user).
• Service design skills (tools, methodology).
