Service Designer

What are we searching for?

Desired requirements:

• 3 Years of experience in user-centered design projects
• End to end experience of services and / or products
• Strategic design skills (align business needs with the user)
• Service design skills (tools, methodology)
• 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline)
• Generates guidelines and guides for each point of contact, adding value to all stakeholders
• Master tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards,
• Analyzes the information and is able to deepen the needs of customers
