Service Designer

WHO are we looking for?

We are looking for a Service Designer to work with an important client in the financial sector.

WHAT responsibilities will you have?

• Analyze information, being able to deepen the needs of customers.
• Generate guidelines and guides for each point of contact, adding value to all stakeholders.

WHAT requirements are we looking for?

• 3 years of experience in user-centered design projects.
• Strategic and methodological approach.
• End to end experience of services and / or products.
• Strategic design skills (align business needs with the user).
• Service design skills (tools, methodology).
• 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline).
• Mastery of tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards, etc.

Indispensable:

• Applied experience in DCU projects.
• Relationship with Stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the service design process.
