Required profile:

Professional experience: 5+ years’ experience working with financial or banking institutions

Functional experience required in each of the following areas according to their specialization:

• Service Design

• Design Thinking

• User Research

• Workshops

• Stakeholders Mapping

• Blueprint

Education:

Bachelor´s Degree
