Service Designer MX

Overview

Execute user research, design thinking and service design activities for a major bank in Mexico.

Contract of approximately one year.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in user-centered design projects.
• Strategic and methodological approach.
• End to end experience of services and / or products.
• Strategic design skills (aligning business needs with the user).
• Service design skills (tools, methodology).
• 360 research of products and services in different channels (Online and Offline)
• Generates guidelines and guides for each point of contact, adding value to all stakeholders.
• Master tools such as Blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards, etc.
• It analyzes the information and is able to delve into the needs of the clients.

Desirable

• Applied experience in DCU projects.
• Relationship with Stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the service design process.
