Senior Service Designer

WHAT requirements are we looking for?

• 3 years of experience in understanding, managing and organizing all the necessary elements of a service to help users complete their goal throughout the journey.
• Experience in defining appropriate tools, methodology and channels to address the project.
• Skills to identify the objectives and scope of the project.
• Experience in ensuring human centered design approach within the project.
• Experience in participating in processes of generating ideas and alternatives for service design challenges.
• Experience defining and tracking metrics to measure service efficiency.

Indispensable:

• Management of service design tools.
• Research with users (qualitative and quantitative).
• Analysis and identification of risks.
• User-centered strategic design and Design Thinking.
