What requirements do we look for?

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Service Designer.
• Managing end-to-end tasks in complex projects.
• Domain of service design tools and 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline).
• Design Thinking.
• Proven ability to generate rapid prototypes (from paper to the use of digital tools).
• Synthesis capacity.
• It is essential to have a Book where knowledge of the design process is shown.
