We want to join our Service Designer team

WHAT TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 4 years  of experience as a Service Designer
• Extensive experience conducting research with end users and stakeholders
• Proven knowledge of outputs such as Service Blueprints, Personas, Empathy Maps, Customer Journeys
• Design Thinking
• Proven ability to generate rapid prototypes (from paper to the use of digital tools)
• Synthesis capacity
• Proactivity

MODALITY: HYBRID (3 days in the office 2 days at home)
