What requirements are we looking for?

Minimum experience of:

• + 4 years as Service Designer
• It is essential  to have projects carried out in Design Thinking
• Extensive experience conducting research with end users and stakeholders
• Proven experience in outputs such as Service Blueprints, Personas, Empathy Maps, Customer Journeys
• Proven ability to generate rapid prototypes (from paper to using digital tools)
• Capacity for synthesis
• Proactivity – you don’t wait for us to tell you what to do, you propose.
• Have an updated Book on Design Thinking (Essential)
