About the role:
As Service Designer, you will be responsible for producing quality design blueprints for new or improved services/systems. This includes considering business needs as well as the ability for ICT to meet those needs. By analysing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, co-designing and implementing optimised solutions, you will enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Skills and experience required:
You will have a track record of successfully performing ICT service design initiatives and driving operational excellence. You will bring to the table your analytical superpowers and collaboration and co design skills.
- Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Service BluePrinting).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Change management experience, including stakeholder engagement and addressing resistance.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation.
- Familiarity with agile project management principles and practices.
- Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay updated with industry trends.
