Service Designer

Our service delivery team plays an integral part in the success of our organisation. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Designer to join our team at the end of Feb/early March 2023 for 12 months.

About the role

In a nutshell, the role is made up of two key elements:

1. Service design and IP development – support our service design infrastructure to ensure our services are innovative, employee-centric and reflective of our values; support the Directors to make sure our services have documented tools and IP that drive quality, consistency and efficiency across the team
2. Client delivery – lead the delivery of outstanding work to our clients using human-centred design methods to deliver great employee experiences, whilst working within our Awesome Work guidelines; facilitate workshops and co-design sessions

As you can see, the great thing about this role is you will be involved in delivering awesome work for our clients as well as for us. The best of both worlds!

About you

• You have service design experience using human-centred design methods
• You consider yourself an expert when it comes to design thinking
• You are all over implementation and delivery of outputs of service design
• You wow with your strong commercial acumen and knowledge about business and strategy
• You aim to delight in all of your interactions – you have outstanding interpersonal skills with a genuine love for people
