Senior Design and Innovation Consultant

Our Design & Innovation team is looking for a Senior Design & Innovation Consultant with a wealth of experience in design thinking and human centered design who will bring fresh thinking and help shape our clients futures.

If you’re fascinated by human behaviour, emerging technologies and meta-trends, with an ability to translate these into meaningful commercial opportunities, then our Senior Design & Innovation Consultant role at Assurity will motivate you to deliver outstanding results. You might have run your own business and understand what it really means to create desirable, viable and feasible solutions.

We are looking for someone who has genuine design thinking skills with practical experience, able to hit the ground running with our C-suite clients. Above all you will be a positive team player and contributor; we have ambitious goals which are only achievable when we’re collaborating and focused. This is where you come in.

Proven, hands-on expertise with design thinking tools and processes (such as customer journey mapping, value chain analysis and business modelling canvases) is essential

• The ability to support the design and running of Design Thinking projects with senior and executive stakeholders
• Digital prototype building experience
• The ability to play around with creative tools to support storytelling (E.g.: Adobe suite, Keynote, …)
• A facilitator at heart, who is able to stretch themselves, fail and pivot ‘on-stage’ in the heat of the moment
• Experience with empathy work, including an ability to identify and translate insights into action and prototype concepts
• An ability to link design concepts with genuine commercial opportunity
