Service Designer

You will be responsible for;

• Working closely with the Project Managers and Business Analysts in the Service Design and Change team – we work on a wide variety of projects
• Working across all stages of projects i.e. scoping, research and design discoveries, proof of concepts and minimum viable products through to production
• Build and maintain key stakeholder and partnering relationships both internally and externally
• Coaching and advising people in the organisation

A Bit About You

You’ll be a self starter, with an innovative mind and the ability to provide advice in an influential way.

You will have great interpersonal skills including engaging communications, as well as written and presentation skills.

We’re Also Looking For

• Project experience, within well organised projects with a delivery outcome focus
• Proven experience guiding projects and project teams through the digital lifecycle
• Service Design, Design Thinking and Agile experience
• Workshop facilitation skills
