You’re passionate about centring everything on customers – seeing your design work progress through the entire design process – from discovery to delivery. You may bring a range of experience from different roles, including customer facing, operational or technical delivery. You have a deep understanding of human centred design methods and are able to clearly demonstrate progressing customer outcomes right through to delivery.

You’ll have the support of a senior service designer, along with a team of designers from other disciplines (UX Design, Content Design and Research & Insights) to meet the needs of customers and bankers in a consistent and sustainable way.

In this role we are looking for someone who is at an intermediate level looking for a step up in their career. You must be an excellent communicator, love to collaborate, be able to navigate large, complex environments to influence decisions, and be happy getting stuck in with your squad mates.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong communication skills and sense of ownership with the ability to articulate the value of a design choice to clients/users/our people.
