Service Designer

We are looking for you who can work with: 

• Management of innovation and service design processes
• Plan and carry out insight work to map today’s services from the user’s perspective
• Facilitate and participate in idea and concept development
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints
• Conduct user interviews, prototyping and user testing

Qualifications and characteristics

• Minimum of three years’ hands-on experience with design thinking/service design
• Higher relevant education (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• Ability to facilitate and motivate people through a process
• Ability to think strategically, and to see opportunities based on user needs and business goals
• Ability to communicate complex issues visually, in writing and orally
• You are professionally strong, and passionate about sharing expertise and professional development
• You are not afraid to tackle new challenges, are open and curious
