Service Designer

Civitta is partnering with a governmental agency in the energy sector to provide external assistance services. We are currently pre-selecting candidates for the position of Service Designer to join our client’s development team and contribute to the creation of innovative digital solutions.

You will:

• • Develop and implement digital solutions with a holistic and user-centered approach.
  • Lead and facilitate insight work, analysis, design processes, and concept development.
  • Implement effective solutions and visualize processes to enhance user experience.
  • Utilize various service design tools, including Figma, to create compelling designs.
  • Apply your understanding of business models and finance to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• • At least 5 years of experience in service design or a related field.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead and guide design processes.
  • Proficiency in visualizing processes and using service design tools like Figma.
  • Knowledge of business models and finance to support project development.
  • Experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
  • Relevant higher education at the master’s degree level is desirable.
